The Pyramid Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy, in individual, family, and group settings.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes in partnership with clients.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide integrated support for each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring safe care environments and developing safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation programs, fostering community support and shared learning among participants.

Your work will primarily focus on our diverse clientele, who seek assistance with various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure professional competence.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

While the minimum experience requirement is two years, candidates with additional practice in specialized therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention, or community mental health settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is also advantageous for this remote role.
