• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. This includes utilizing diagnostic tools and interviewing clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care for our clients, optimizing treatment outcomes through shared communication and planning.
• Offer crisis intervention services during acute situations, utilizing your training and expertise to stabilize clients and refer them to additional resources as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, offering workshops, and educational resources to dismantle stigma and promote a culture of openness.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or community health setting, working with a varied population.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is preferred, adapting therapeutic practices to digital platforms.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information and documentation.
