This position is entirely remote, allowing you the convenience of working from home while still being part of a supportive and engaging team. You will utilize telehealth platforms and other digital communication tools to effectively connect with clients, conduct assessments, and provide therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and overall well-being.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions aimed at fostering clients' recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and support safety planning as needed to address urgent client needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that promote self-awareness and coping strategies among clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and accessible.

Your client base will consist of individuals who are grappling with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs, allowing you to employ culturally sensitive approaches in your therapeutic practice. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in helping clients regain their mental health and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to implement appropriate interventions with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage clients and foster trust.

• Experience working in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy and support.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Background in managing a caseload with a diverse range of mental health issues.
