Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our adolescent and young adult outpatient treatment program, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices aimed at facilitating recovery and personal development, including:

  • Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that foster connection, understanding, and support among clients, leveraging their shared experiences to encourage healing.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling focused on exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, collaboratively developing coping strategies and actionable plans tailored to their unique situations.
