• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing varied therapeutic modalities.
• Equip clients with coping strategies and self-care techniques to promote resilience and emotional stability.
• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Possession of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual, couples, and group counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet clients' needs, including possibilities for evening or weekend sessions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Previous work with diverse populations, including those facing socioeconomic and cultural challenges.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
