As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Aspire Counseling Services, you will:

• Administer engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer connection and dialogue among young adults.
• Provide one-on-one counseling, guiding clients through the exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and mental health needs.
• Monitor client progress meticulously through standardized assessment tools and regular feedback, ensuring a focused approach to care.
• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication to coordinate care and tackle complex cases together.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, specifically those engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients may face various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma. To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of New Jersey.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• Prior experience working in a behavioral health setting, particularly with young adult populations.

Aspire Counseling Services offers competitive yearly compensation in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial remuneration, we provide:
