Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them as they work through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges.

This position is well suited for an LCPC who enjoys direct client care, values steady clinical work, and wants to provide meaningful therapy in a structured remote setting. You will have the tools, support, and consistency needed to focus on high-quality counseling without the daily strain of commuting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify client goals, symptoms, strengths, and barriers
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and progress
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods during virtual sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, treatment updates, and related documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and adjustment concerns
  • Follow HIPAA standards and professional ethics for telehealth services
  • Maintain professional boundaries and a consistent therapeutic environment online

Requirements

  • Active Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license required
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or varied client populations
  • Comfortable delivering services through a telehealth platform
  • Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical standards
