Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Program Manager, Boyd Thermal by Eaton Sustainability to join our team. Boyd Thermal (BT) by Eaton produces CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit), Cooling Loops and Cooling Components. This is a position based out of any Eaton North American office - preferably in Beachwood, OH or Raleigh, NC or Moon Township, PA.

Remote work could be considered within the US. Travel is expected to be around 25% of the time on average. The expected annual salary range for this role is $146000 - $215000 a year.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do: Our supply chain management team creates bottom-line impact by driving cost management, supporting business growth, and delivering operational benefits. Within supply chain, the Program Manager, Boyd Thermal Sustainability, manages sustainability initiatives for Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), cooling loops, and cooling components in support of Boyd Thermal by Eaton and its customers. In this role, you will lead carbon footprint reduction and other sustainability initiatives across the Boyd Thermal by Eaton supply chain.

You will develop customer-focused initiatives that satisfy data center requirements, engage directly with customers, and serve as the liaison among suppliers, SCM category managers, and sourcing engineers to execute those initiatives. With the global Data Center Industry reliant on Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) Components, this role is critical in supporting Eaton's growth and profitability plans over the next 3-5 years. This role will require an individual who can think outside the box and one who can develop and implement project timelines and heatmaps to support and implement our global sustainability initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: Partner with customer sustainability, commercial, corporate sustainability and account teams to support customer ESG commitments by providing supplier sustainability performance data, emissions reporting, and responsible sourcing documentation. Coordinate supplier responses to customer sustainability inquiries, assessments, audits, and reporting requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of supplier environmental and social responsibility metrics in cooperation with customer-facing roles.

Develop and execute supplier sustainability strategies aligned with corporate ESG objectives, data center growth plans, and sustainability commitments. Lead end-to-end supplier sustainability programs, establishing roadmaps, targets, governance structures, and performance metrics. You will drive internal supporting functions to support on time execution.

Partner with procurement, engineering, operations, legal, and Eaton sustainability teams to integrate sustainability requirements into sourcing decisions. You will help cascade Eaton best practices within BT by Eaton including supplier scorecards and performance management frameworks to track sustainability outcomes and drive accountability in cooperation with corporate supply chain. Analyze supplier carbon footprints, recycled content and identify other high-impact reduction opportunities across the value chain.

Support development of low-carbon procurement strategies for data center infrastructure, equipment, construction materials (indirect), logistics and raw materials (direct). You will help ensure compliance to Eaton SCM policies and programs. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum overall 10 years of professional experience Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Project/Program management, Supply Chain, or Engineering Minimum 3 years of professional experience with accountability across multiple manufacturing/supplier facilities globally Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

MBA or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

Prior experience working with sustainability and ESG initiatives. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles. Skills: Ability to combine creative thinking and past experiences to produce alternative approaches and solutions to develop supplier sustainability roadmaps/initiatives.

Proven performance in managing sustainability programs/projects and working with a global team. Demonstrated relationship building skills internally and externally. Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with senior management, customers, suppliers, engineering and Sales personnel.

Demonstrate leadership competencies. Ability to coordinate cross-functional / global teams. Ability to influence and drive effective organizational change across impacted sites/regions/businesses.

Ability to drive results via fact-based communications & critical analysis Knowledge of MS project or other timeline tools, and ability to identify high impact areas and drive corrective actions. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in successfully driving on time and on target SCM activities internally and externally. Demonstrate strong, communication skills including a fact based approach that helps drive timely solutions.
