Join a leading AI research initiative focused on developing next-generation artificial intelligence systems capable of advanced financial reasoning and investment analysis. We are seeking experienced Equity Research professionals to contribute their expertise toward training and evaluating AI models that analyze financial statements, public company disclosures, and investment research.
In this role, you will apply your knowledge of equity research and SEC filings to create, review, and evaluate high-quality financial content that enhances AI models' analytical capabilities.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Financial Analysis
  • Review AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, completeness, and analytical rigor.
  • Assess the quality of investment reasoning and financial interpretations.
  • Provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
Analyze Public Company Filings
  • Interpret and extract insights from public company disclosures, including SEC filings and financial statements.
  • Validate AI-generated summaries and ensure accurate representation of financial information.
Develop Financial Evaluation Tasks
  • Create challenging, real-world equity research scenarios for AI training and evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of structured financial datasets and assessment criteria.
Collaborate with Research Teams
  • Work alongside AI researchers and financial subject matter experts to improve evaluation methodologies.
  • Help establish consistent standards for financial reasoning and investment analysis.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Equity Research at a recognized financial institution or investment firm.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and extracting insights from SEC filings, including annual reports, quarterly reports, and other public disclosures.
