Department: UCHlth Equipment Planning

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days

Pay: 52.33 - 83.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Manages the daily operations of equipment planning and capital acquisitions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. 
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. 
  • Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. 
  • Supports department training, special projects and business analysis as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None Required. 
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience. 
  • Preferred:  Significant experience in equipment planning.
