Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and counseling to clients facing mental health and substance abuse challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.

  • Monitor client safety and behavior, conducting assessments to ensure a supportive and secure environment.

  • Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and recreational activities designed to empower clients in their recovery journey.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and shift activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
