Remote Equine Assisted Learning information

What is remote equine assisted learning?

Remote Equine Assisted Learning is a therapeutic and educational process that uses the presence and behavior of horses to facilitate personal growth and learning, conducted virtually rather than in person. Participants engage in guided activities and discussions with a facilitator who may use live video feeds or recorded sessions with horses. This approach allows individuals to benefit from equine-assisted techniques even if they cannot physically be present with the horses. It is often used for developing emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and coping strategies. The remote format makes this unique form of learning accessible to a wider audience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote equine assisted learning facilitator?

To thrive as a Remote Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, you need a background in equine behavior, facilitation skills, and knowledge of experiential learning principles, often supported by relevant certifications such as EAGALA or PATH Intl. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and online learning management systems is essential for delivering sessions remotely. Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability are critical soft skills for building trust and engaging clients in a virtual environment. These skills ensure effective learning experiences, participant safety, and the successful achievement of client goals in a remote setting.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in remote equine assisted learning roles, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in Remote Equine Assisted Learning often encounter challenges related to effectively engaging clients and maintaining strong connections without in-person interaction. Building rapport and ensuring clear communication can be more complex when working remotely, especially since much of the learning depends on observing subtle cues from both clients and horses. To address these challenges, practitioners typically rely on high-quality video conferencing tools, structured session plans, and ongoing training in virtual facilitation techniques. Regular check-ins and clear feedback mechanisms also help maintain a supportive and productive remote learning environment.

Job description

Scale Sales Teams is hiring for a full-time, fully remote Sales opening supporting our Houston, TX city team. We are looking for sales professionals who can communicate clearly, understand what a prospect is trying to accomplish, and move qualified opportunities forward through confident, consultative conversations.
Scale Sales Teams operates in the sales and business-growth space, helping consultants, agencies, and digital businesses strengthen their sales systems, develop effective teams, and use modern AI-assisted client acquisition strategies. Our experience includes work in environments connected to recognized names such as Les Brown and Russell Brunson.
The Role
This position centers on conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest in learning more about the services we provide. Rather than spending the majority of the day prospecting from scratch, you will work within an established client-acquisition infrastructure designed to support active sales conversations.
Depending on your experience and responsibilities, your work may include:
  • Conducting scheduled sales conversations by Zoom and phone
  • Learning about each prospect's goals, challenges, and business needs
  • Determining whether there is a strong fit and guiding qualified prospects toward an appropriate solution
  • Responding to questions and objections professionally
  • Following up with active opportunities when needed
  • Keeping CRM records and pipeline notes organized
  • Working toward individual and team performance goals

The Sales Environment
Our sales organization is supported by established processes and lead-generation systems. Sales professionals have access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments, sales frameworks, AI-assisted marketing and prospecting systems, ongoing support, and a remote team focused on performance and continual improvement.
The goal is to allow capable salespeople to spend more of their time doing what they do best: communicating with prospects, understanding problems, building trust, and helping qualified buyers make decisions.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development and are comfortable communicating with prospects over Zoom and phone.
Strong candidates can follow a defined sales process without sounding scripted, take responsibility for their own performance, and remain productive in a remote environment without constant supervision. We also value people who are coachable, competitive, interested in improving their sales ability, and motivated by measurable results.
Previous remote sales experience is useful, but communication ability, work ethic, accountability, and a performance-focused mindset are important considerations as well.
Applicants may be located in the United States or internationally.
Position Details
Department: Sales
Employment type: Full Time
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Pay type: Salary
Weekly salary: $1,567 to $2,767 per week
City team: Houston, TX
Why This Role Is Different
You will be joining an organization that already has sales processes, appointment infrastructure, lead-generation systems, and AI-supported client acquisition tools in place. The environment is built around execution, accountability, continual improvement, and giving strong sales professionals the structure they need to focus on producing results.
If you enjoy sales conversations, problem-solving, working with motivated prospects, and contributing to a modern remote sales organization, we would like to hear from you.
Apply to be considered for the Houston remote sales team at Scale Sales Teams.
