Job Description
Responsible for the management, maintenance, and growth of a defined port-folio of house accounts. The role focuses on proactively developing existing customer relationships, identifying additional growth potential through cross-selling of ELPRO products and services, and handling new incoming transactional business. As a member of the sales team, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be measured on overall revenue growth, customer retention, and account development within the assigned book of business. This role is fully remote and does not require travel.
Qualifications
Inside Sales Account Manager 1. Takes direct responsibility for the assigned house accounts 2. Creates an overall strategy for the development and growth of assigned accounts 3. Develops and maintains strong customer relationships within the assigned account base 4. Understands customer processes, applications, and purchasing workflows 5. Identifies additional growth potential by cross-selling ELPRO products and services 6. Creates, manages, and reports on opportunities in the CRM/ERP system with a high level of accuracy 7. Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency for assigned accounts 8. Handles incoming transactional sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities 9. Coordinates internally with Customer Success, Operations, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction 10. Collaborates with Territory Sales Managers when accounts become project-driven or exceed defined thresholds
