Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Administrative Assistant Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local company in the healthcare industry that is seeking a highly organized and detailed Administrative Assistant. The ideal Administrative Assistant Candidate is proactive, tech-savvy and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and accuracy are essential skills for the Administrative Assistant role. The Administrative Assistant is a remote, full-time, temp-to-hire position in Melville, NY.
Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide General Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform Clerical Tasks Such as Filing, Data Entry & Document Management
- Proofread & Review Documents for Accuracy & Clarity
- Assist with Various Projects as Needed
Administrative Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Proven Experience in an Administrative or Similar Support Role
- Strong Organization Skills with the Ability to Prioritize Effectively
- Must Be Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Adobe Applications (Assessments will be Given to Test for Proficiency)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint) & General Computer Applications
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Must be Available to Work Remote Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
