Administrative Assistant Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local company in the healthcare industry that is seeking a highly organized and detailed Administrative Assistant. The ideal Administrative Assistant Candidate is proactive, tech-savvy and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and accuracy are essential skills for the Administrative Assistant role. The Administrative Assistant is a remote, full-time, temp-to-hire position in Melville, NY.

Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide General Administrative & Operational Support
  • Perform Clerical Tasks Such as Filing, Data Entry & Document Management
  • Proofread & Review Documents for Accuracy & Clarity
  • Assist with Various Projects as Needed

Administrative Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Proven Experience in an Administrative or Similar Support Role
