This role is ideal for a senior-level civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position.You will act as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships – while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams.**Qualifications include:*** Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering P.E. a plus Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level) Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: + Civil/site design + Grading + Civil 3D Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities A career path that reflects having "come up through the ranks" Highly self-driven and self-starting Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activitiesCompany Support & ResourcesWe will provide you with the tools and support needed for success, including: Company laptop, docking station, and dual monitors Cell phone* Transportation support: + Vehicle stipend for personal vehicle or + Company car for business-related use* Support from Pennsylvania based teamsIntegration & CommunicationWe place a strong emphasis on avoiding "remote isolation."
