• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, facilitating the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, tailored to align with the specific goals of each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as appropriate.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation strategies and emergency protocols.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements, including treatment plans and progress assessments.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, effective treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with evolving mental health practices and methodologies.

You will primarily engage with a varied patient population, including adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on creating a supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers clients. By utilizing technology, you will reach clients who may have previously faced barriers to accessing mental health care, thus extending our reach into the community.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly desirable.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate constructive interactions with clients and team members.
• A commitment to ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of therapeutic practice.

• While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we are open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate a passion for mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery will enhance the effectiveness of your practice.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team. Our benefits package includes:
