• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health concerns, facilitating clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment planning.
• Deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients who require urgent assistance, employing de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and secure client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflects client progress.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment processes, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy, thereby enhancing service delivery.

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
