• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet client needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to effectively address various mental health challenges.
• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous, ethical clinical records that comply with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care.

You will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals, families, and couples facing mental health difficulties ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.

• Proficient knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and key technology platforms relevant to teletherapy.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Experience working with marginalized populations or in community mental health settings.
