YOU MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES TO APPLY.

We are seeking a Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist – Remote to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling. Part-time and full-time availability welcome.

What Sets Us Apart

We operate in a focused niche — retirement-focused insurance products — using a consultative, education-first approach. Agents receive product training, CRM access, presentation materials, and marketing support from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct retirement income consultations with qualified prospects
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and annual reviews

Requirements

  • Active state life insurance license in good standing (required at time of start)
  • Must pass background check and carrier screening
  • Minimum 20 hours per week availability
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years in life insurance, financial services, or retirement planning
  • Experience with Life or Annuity products
  • Consultative or needs-based sales background

What We Provide

  • In-depth product training on mechanics and positioning
  • Consultative sales training (question-based methodology)
  • CRM platform (GoHighLevel), financial calculators, and client presentation tools
  • Carrier contracting assistance and compliance support
  • Mentorship from experienced producers

Compensation

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is based on individual production. Competitive contract levels, performance incentives, and residual income opportunities are available on applicable product lines.

Work Environment

  • 100% remote — client meetings via Zoom or phone
  • No door-to-door or cold calling required
  • Warm lead support available through our marketing system
