As part of a hospice center, our clinical team interacts with individuals confronting significant emotional and psychological challenges, often related to end-of-life care. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to effectively understand and identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Offer individualized counseling and support services to clients and their families, addressing a wide range of issues including grief, trauma, and mental health challenges.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review service plans aligned with client goals, ensuring progress is being made toward achieving desired outcomes.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential resources while raising awareness about important social justice issues within the community.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
