In your role at our Detox Center, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and their co-occurring mental health issues. This population often faces significant challenges related to social stigma, emotional trauma, and financial instability. Your expertise will also help support their families, addressing broader dynamics that can impact recovery, thus fostering holistic health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Comprehensive understanding of social justice principles, trauma-informed care, and community resources, particularly within the realm of addiction and recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, utilizing empathy and active listening skills to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases with a strong focus on clients' needs and institutional goals.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit organization or healthcare setting, with a focus on substance use treatment or mental health services.
• Familiarity with collaborative case management systems and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
