Are you a people-first automotive professional who knows how to build trust with customers and close the sale? We're looking for a Service Writer/Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a growing shop environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call to the final invoice.
What You'll Do
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily customer flow
  • Build estimates and present repair recommendations and inspections clearly and confidently
  • Sell recommended services — turning estimates into approvals is your primary goal
  • Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Ensure repairs are completed on time and customers leave satisfied
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front-of-house environment; other duties as assigned
  • Step in to support store coverage during manager PTO/Off Days or as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Prior automotive service writing, service advising, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills. You're comfortable on the phone, face-to-face, and under pressure
  • Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build trust and close
  • Ability to multitask in a growing environment without dropping the ball
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance is a plus
