What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information about available coverage options. Your role is to listen, understand their needs, and help guide them through the next steps.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Learning our products and explaining them clearly and professionally
- Understanding each client's needs and recommending suitable coverage options
- Assisting clients with applications and required documentation
- Building positive, long-term client relationships
- Following up with prospective and existing clients
- Participating in virtual training sessions and team meetings
