The Opportunity
In this role, you will shape and grow the Data Center Service segment across North America by translating global service strategies into coordinated regional and country-level actions. Your work will focus on expanding service solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data center customers, strengthening long-term relationships, and supporting reliable, resilient power infrastructure that underpins digital growth. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, account managers, and global partners to ensure consistent execution, shared practices, and unified customer engagement across multiple countries. The scope of the role includes guiding complex, multi-country accounts, supporting the adoption of digital lifecycle services, and contributing to pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and budget delivery. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will help align local market needs with global priorities, enabling consistent service delivery while responding to regional dynamics. Your impact supports both customer uptime and the continued evolution of service offerings critical to modern data center operations.
Location: Central/West US. Preferably in the Dallas, TX area. New Mexico, Arizona
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Translate global Data Center service go-to-market strategy into actionable regional and country-level plans
  • Support negotiation and execution of major frame agreements with data center customers across North America
  • Build and manage a collaborative regional sales network to enable cross-country coordination and shared execution
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to build capability in data center service selling and strategic account management
  • Coordinate management of multi-country customer accounts as unified portfolios with local execution
  • Drive customer engagement plans and strategic discussions with hyperscale and enterprise clients
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and budget adherence for the segment
  • Promote adoption of standard tools and digital service models to support data-informed sales activity
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or service roles within energy or data center infrastructure
  • Experience negotiating complex service contracts and managing strategic customer engagements
  • Sound understanding of electrical infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-country teams in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and organize work across multiple stakeholders and regions
