Position: Russian Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert (San Francisco Bay Area)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Russian, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Produce high-quality written outputs in Russian, with supporting work in English.
  • Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Russian and English.
  • Conduct model testing and grading to assess generated outputs for accuracy and fluency.
  • Participate in QA and review cycles to ensure tasks meet Mercor’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.

Qualifications
