With 20 years of experience, 50M+ identities managed, and 1,000+ successful deployments, our team is our strongest asset and is built by design to help clients protect critical infrastructure, enable digital transformation, and ensure compliance with confidence.

We deliver comprehensive solutions across IAM domains, including:

  • Consumer IAM (Identity Verification, Authentication and Access, Threat Detection) in highly regulated industries.

If you're ready to grow your career alongside some of the industry's best, come join us — you're key to our success

As a Delinea Engineer, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our clients' Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Delinea and CyberArk, along with the ability to work directly with clients to deliver secure and scalable PAM solutions.

Location: USA, Remote

Employment Type:  Start Date: Mid-October 2026 – March 2027 (6-month contract), with the possibility of extension.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with clients, system administrators, and application owners to gather requirements and develop PAM solutions.
  • Design, implement, configure, and support Delinea PAM solutions for enterprise clients, including Secret Server setups, custom password policies, dynamic discovery, and session monitoring.
  • Build custom automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or SQL to automate secrets rotation, account discovery, and non-human credential management.
  • Integrate Delinea with external enterprise solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, ServiceNow, Splunk, Okta) and CI/CD pipelines via REST APIs.
  • Secure non-human identities, APIs, service accounts, and cloud workloads across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex deployment issues, manage policy templates, and optimize database queries.
  • Leverage CyberArk experience to support PAM implementations, integrations, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Assess client environments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements and target-state solutions.
  • Support PAM governance, processes, SOPs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and educate technical and business stakeholders on PAM solutions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working with PAM solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Delinea (Thycotic) Secret Serve experience, including implementation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk in enterprise environments.
  • Experience gathering PAM requirements and developing technical design and implementation documentation.
  • Strong understanding of PAM, privileged credentials, access management, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, and directory services.
  • Previous consulting experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or other Delinea & CyberArk certifications.
  • Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, PAM Self-Hosted, or Delinea Secret Server.
