• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment and crisis intervention plans, responding effectively to complex mental health issues.
• Create and document treatment plans, progress notes, and necessary reports with accuracy and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement evidence-based clinical assessments and tools in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic support.
• Actively partake in the development of positive behavior support plans and crisis management protocols to enhance client safety and well-being.
• Maintain collaborative communication with state agencies, community partners, and services systems to optimize care and resource availability for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues on best practices.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values through effective communication and community outreach initiatives.
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties as assigned to promote operational efficiency.

Wickersley Care Group serves a diverse population with various mental health needs, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those diagnosed with developmental disabilities, and clients experiencing emotional distress or crisis situations. Our telehealth services enable us to reach clients across different regions, ensuring they receive timely support irrespective of geographical barriers.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required, coupled with an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
• Proven ability to manage clinical records, craft effective reports, and navigate regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills are essential for articulating treatment plans and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
• Sound judgment and autonomy in decision-making based on clinical expertise are crucial for successful outcomes.

• Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred, along with a familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health counseling.
• Prior involvement in team-based approaches to therapy and program development is advantageous.
• Additional certifications or specializations in trauma-informed care or substance use recovery are a plus.
