• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by completing all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools, ensuring that the interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans and contribute valuable input to program development.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our compliance and commitment to excellence in service delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to external service systems, community partners, and state agencies to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
• Foster open communication lines with stakeholders to promote agency standards and to enhance visibility in the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and participating in committees aimed at improving mental health practices.
• Embody and promote the mission, values, and principles of Mind Elevate Counseling Center in all interactions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

The clients you will work with at Mind Elevate Counseling Center represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We provide services for individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with complexities related to developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Your role will be crucial in facilitating effective therapeutic relationships and addressing the unique needs of these populations.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to effectively perform the duties of this role.
• Possession of a current and valid independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to manage clinical records and prepare detailed reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team while demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in exercising sound judgment, making independent decisions, and leveraging professional knowledge to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice models and crisis intervention techniques.
• Experience in grant writing or fundraising may be beneficial in supporting program development efforts.

Mind Elevate Counseling Center offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary between USD 86,000 to USD 103,000 based on qualifications and experience.
