Job Title: Technical Recruiter - Staffing ( Remote )
Location: Remote - Anywhere in US
Compensation: Salary plus commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
  • Create and utilize job-based situational and behavioral interview questions for various roles
  • Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placements
  • Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates
  • Update and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and client interactions
  • Stay informed of federal and state employment law changes affecting hiring practices
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification processes

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
  • Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
