This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a direct impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals across the nation. This position operates within a remote outpatient framework, empowering you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. While virtual therapy is a key component, you will also collaborate with fellow practitioners to ensure high-quality, continuous care. Our flexible schedule allows for a Monday through Friday workweek, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to ascertain their mental health status and identify specific challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, providing strategies and tools to help them address and overcome their personal mental health issues.
• Offer referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress and therapeutic interventions accurately within electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment methodologies and improve patient outcomes.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various other mental health challenges. Your expertise is essential in creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment that respects and acknowledges the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and culturally responsive practices in therapy.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a wide range of individuals.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in related computer applications.
• A commitment to ethical practices, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional boundaries.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in both individual and group therapy settings, applying inclusive therapeutic methodologies that resonate with clients from varied backgrounds. Additionally, experience in teletherapy and digital care methods is beneficial, reflecting the evolving landscape of mental health services.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer potential sign-on bonuses of up to $1,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
