Instead, these programs use digital tools, phone consultations, and online resources to assess energy consumption, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of energy-saving measures. Common services include virtual energy audits, remote monitoring, and guidance on upgrading appliances or building systems to be more efficient. These programs are especially useful for reaching participants in remote areas or during times when in-person interactions are limited.

These capabilities are essential for designing impactful programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving measurable energy savings remotely.

Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families by providing accessible, tailored mental health care. As one of the fastest-growing community health clinics in the nation, we are dedicated to reaching underserved populations and fostering a supportive environment where mental health is prioritized.

Work Environment

Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions using telemedicine platforms. We utilize the latest digital technologies to facilitate high-quality care while ensuring your comfort and efficiency. At New Cross, our therapist colleagues work collaboratively in a collegial atmosphere, supported by a robust administrative team that manages the logistics and non-clinical tasks, enabling you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will:

    • Substance abuse issues and their impacts on family dynamics.
    • Resolution of conflicts among family members, including sibling rivalry and parent-child conflicts.
    • Support for grief and loss, particularly during significant life transitions like divorce or the death of a loved one.
    • Guidance for blended families and those adjusting to remarriage scenarios.
    • Addressing job-related stress and its effects on family relationships.
    • And much more, tailoring your approaches to the unique needs of each family.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment progress notes, and other documentation as required by regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to uphold best practices in therapy and maintain licensure.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to mental health and wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with diverse client populations across various demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will play a crucial part in providing culturally competent care that is sensitive to the unique backgrounds and experiences of your patients, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • A valid, active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical practice in the mental health field.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with the following experience will be given preference:

  • Prior work experience in a community health setting.
  • Experience with teletherapy and the use of digital health platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in working with a diverse range of clinical presentations and family dynamics.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
  • Paid parental leave and holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
  • A supportive and collegial work environment.
  • Access to newly designed and equipped modern offices when needed.
  • Unlimited earning potential with performance-based incentives.
  • A sign-on bonus for newly hired therapists.
