Key Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via synchronous video conferencing to adults dealing with a variety of emotional disorders and detox challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, utilizing automated symptom assessments and goal tracking insights derived from client interactions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive, reliable therapist portal that simplifies recording and sharing of client treatment data.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing substance use and mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and strengths. Your ability to provide empathetic, culturally sensitive support will be crucial in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship and facilitating positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory; additional state licenses are advantageous.
• A strong commitment to treating diverse populations and a dedication to culturally responsive care are essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy or other evidence-based interventions to adults facing mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
