Youโll work alongside a nationally recognized group of litigators handling sophisticated employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters. What Youโll Do:Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Work on high-exposure cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.
Collaborate with a national team while maintaining direct client interaction.
Develop litigation strategy and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.

What Weโre Looking For:3+ years of employment litigation experience.
Strong background in Arizona wage & hour and class action matters.
Active Arizona Bar admission required.
Ability to independently manage cases and proactively drive results.
CompensationBase salary ranges depending on experience and level:
Associates (1โ6+ years): $100,000โ$165,000
Senior Counsel / Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000โ$215,000
Partners (7+ years): $190,000โ$275,000+
Actual compensation will be tailored based on experience, skills, and overall contribution.
