Employment Litigation Attorney (Phoenix, AZ) – Flexible, High-Growth Opportunity

A leading national law firm with a coast-to-coast footprint is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys licensed in Arizona to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for litigators who thrive on complex employment matters and want meaningful client engagement within a highly collaborative environment.

You’ll work alongside a nationally recognized group of litigators handling sophisticated employment disputes, including multi-plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters. This role offers the chance to take ownership of cases while benefiting from strong mentorship and a proven litigation platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Work on high-exposure cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.

  • Collaborate with a national team while maintaining direct client interaction.
