Role Overview

A distinguished Phoenix-based firm with a 67-year legacy is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role is designed for an experienced practitioner who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to high-level legal ingenuity and personalized client service. You will manage a varied and busy docket, handling cases from initial disclosures through to trial preparation within a collaborative and supportive firm culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Civil Litigation Mastery: Execute all aspects of civil litigation, including comprehensive disclosures and discovery management.

  • Motion Practice: Research, draft, and argue complex motions in court.

  • Deposition & Court Appearances: Conduct and defend depositions and represent clients regularly in court proceedings.

  • Trial Preparation: Work alongside senior practitioners to prepare cases for trial, ensuring all evidence and strategies are meticulously organized.

  • Client Service: Maintain the firm's long-standing reputation for providing exceptional, personalized service to businesses and individuals.

Qualifications
