What is a remote empathy specialist?

A Remote Empathy Specialist is a professional who provides emotional support, understanding, and guidance to clients or team members through digital communication platforms, such as video calls, chat, or email. Their primary role is to listen actively, recognize and validate emotions, and offer compassionate responses from a distance.
