Job description

The Claims Service Associate is a fully **remote **customer service role supporting customers with disability and insurance claims. The role involves handling inbound calls, answering customer questions, documenting interactions, and providing compassionate support. No prior call center or insurance experience is required. Candidates with strong face-to-face customer service experience, good communication skills, and a private workspace with a reliable hardwired internet connection are best suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and compassionate support to customers regarding disability and insurance claims.
  • Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.
  • Navigate multiple systems and internal resources while assisting customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
