As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and history.
• Developing and monitoring tailored treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and effective.
• Facilitating client intake processes and effectively addressing any immediate issues that may arise.
• Collaborating closely with our clinical team—including the clinical director and fellow counselors—to align strategies and share insights regarding patient progress.
• Identifying and addressing negative behavioral patterns during sessions, employing empathetic inquiry to guide clients toward self-awareness and change.
• Implementing strategies to assist clients in managing addiction-related challenges, including the identification of harmful behaviors and thoughts.
• Maintaining precise documentation of client progress and providing referrals for additional services when necessary.
• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to foster engagement and healing.
• Upholding a professional demeanor in interactions with clients, families, and the community, thereby enhancing the therapeutic rapport.
• Performing additional duties as required to meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health challenges, addiction issues, and life transitions. • A valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LPC, LMFT, LICSW).
• A clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, to be verified by a third party.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Capacity to maintain professionalism and focus while dealing with clients and staff.
• Adept at navigating a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Demonstrated good physical and mental health.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Prior experience in community health settings or with diverse client populations is advantageous. Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation will be considered a plus as it enhances efficiencies in your day-to-day responsibilities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
