This remote position offers unmatched flexibility, allowing you to tailor your schedule to best fit your lifestyle while keeping a consistent Monday to Friday work week from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote client engagement.
  • Facilitate client self-exploration and insight through empathetic conversation, leading them toward actionable personal growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, evaluating progress and modifying treatment plans as needed to fit their evolving needs.
  • Employ clinical assessment skills to create tailored, solution-focused treatment plans, drawing from evidence-based practices.
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans in our secure databases, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice standards.
  • Be a resource and support system for clients in crisis, providing immediate intervention services where necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with adults, couples, and families, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that respect each client's unique experiences and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a full license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong communication, empathetic listening, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective counseling.

Preferred Experience
