This role is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, scheduling services, and supporting customers throughout their residential property claims process. The CSR demonstrates our commitment to Customer Excellence by creating positive interactions, actively listening to customer needs, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of customer concerns through resolution. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
