Your primary focus will be on clients receiving hospice care, including terminally ill patients and their support networks. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally sensitive practices to address their emotional and psychological needs. Your role will be crucial in helping families cope with grief, provide counseling around end-of-life decisions, and facilitate meaningful conversations regarding care and legacy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and experience with grief counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for empathetic client engagement and problem-solving.

• Previous experience in hospice care or palliative settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
