This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the collaborative spirit of our outpatient office. You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists, all committed to promoting holistic care. Regular business hours are complemented by occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive client coverage, accommodating the varied schedules of our clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately ascertain clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools like standardized assessment forms and diagnostic interviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that empower clients to share their experiences and work towards their personal goals.
• Coordinate care with other professionals, including physicians and community resources, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique challenges.
• Offer crisis intervention services, employing your expertise in high-pressure situations to provide immediate emotional support and resources.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health, providing educational workshops, and promoting mental health awareness.

Our therapeutic services cater to a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural sensitivity and competence for effective engagement with diverse populations.
• Superb organizational and time-management abilities to manage case documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in community mental health settings is preferred, allowing familiarity with the challenges and rewards of serving diverse demographics.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic modalities to enhance remote service delivery efficiency.
• Proven crisis intervention experience that speaks to your capability in managing emergency situations effectively.
