The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional incentives for your commitment to providing exceptional care.

About the Organization

At Elite Wellbeing Therapy, we are committed to enhancing the mental health and overall wellbeing of individuals through accessible therapy options. Our outpatient mental health clinic is focused on providing a healing environment for a diverse clientele, including those dealing with end-of-life issues and bereavement. We utilize evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans, ensuring our clients receive the care they need to promote resilience and recovery.

Work Environment

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while delivering therapy and support to clients at a hospice center. Our team uses telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions, which enhance accessibility for clients and provide a supportive structure for our therapists. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clientsโ€™ mental health needs and strengths, ensuring tailored and effective interventions.
  • Employ evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, during individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals and define therapeutic interventions, collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless treatment continuity.
  • Regularly reassess clientsโ€™ progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs, reinforcing a client-centered approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation reflecting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and any necessary assessments, upholding ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at fostering community support and sharing coping strategies among clients.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying risk assessment and developing safety plans to effectively manage acute situations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage primarily with clients facing terminal illnesses, grief, and life transitions associated with hospice care. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in assisting clients and their families in navigating their emotional challenges, fostering strength during challenging times. Your ability to provide a safe space for discussions surrounding lifeโ€™s end can significantly impact patient satisfaction and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient environment, preferably within hospice or palliative care.
  • Proficient in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support diverse client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with terminally ill patients and their families in a clinical or hospice setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and digital documentation systems used in remote therapy.
  • Advanced skills in grief counseling and trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

Along with a competitive salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and wellness.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching contributions, facilitating your long-term financial goals.
  • Paid time off, including vacation days, personal time, and designated holidays.
  • Continuing education support to enhance your clinical expertise and keep you at the forefront of best practices in mental health care.
