• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide counseling and psychotherapy, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes consistently, providing feedback to enhance therapeutic interventions and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate the development of joint treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, focusing on client strengths and needs.
• Provide families with strategic information and support, equipping them with skills to foster their child's development within a therapeutic context.
• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities and evidence-based techniques to effectively address client concerns and improve mental health outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding individuals through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your compassionate approach will help clients regain control over their lives as they engage in the therapeutic process, and your efforts will significantly contribute to their overall well-being and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a current and valid LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychotherapy and solution-focused interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for forming relationships with clients, their families, and collaborative partners.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar evidence-based therapies.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
