• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to promote healing, personal growth, and emotional resilience.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress in a supportive and motivational manner.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough record of client interactions and treatment progress.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to build safe and trusting therapeutic relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A nonjudgmental attitude and a sincere commitment to understanding clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that facilitate effective caseload management and professional responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy for a variety of conditions, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and familiarity with current assessment tools and treatment methodologies.
• Previous experience in a private practice setting is a plus but not required.
