Elite Wellbeing Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team based in Tampa, Florida. Work Environment

As a member of our remote team, you will engage in a collaborative and encouraging virtual environment. Our telehealth facility equips counselors with the necessary technologies to conduct consultations effectively, ensuring seamless communication and efficient treatment delivery. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend commitments to accommodate client availability.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing comprehensive evaluations.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions appropriate for their needs.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic client care and support.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The clientele you will serve at Elite Wellbeing Therapy is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will provide counseling for a spectrum of mental health challenges including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions, thereby making a significant difference in the lives of those you work with.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• A master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record of conducting individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for a range of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with a diverse client population.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice, prioritizing client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Two or more years of direct counseling experience, especially within a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in addressing addiction and recovery processes.
