• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and improve client outcomes.
• Maintain and document detailed electronic health records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in continuing education opportunities to stay informed on current best practices in mental health counseling.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring clients receive immediate support when facing critical situations.

Your practice will center around a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. • Must possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington is required.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in delivering effective counseling services to individuals and groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented and dynamic work environment.

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics, particularly in providing remote counseling services.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
