• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for a diverse range of patients using telehealth technology, ensuring a detailed understanding of their mental health needs from the outset.

• Engage in regular virtual consultations with an interdisciplinary treatment team, communicating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care.
• Participate in collaborative case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of learning and improve patient care through shared insights.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, leveraging digital communication tools to enhance understanding and accessibility.

Your practice will encompass a broad array of clients, ranging from children to adults, who are encountering various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will apply your clinical expertise to create meaningful, therapeutic relationships that foster trust and facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required for this role.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington is essential.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services is necessary to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques, particularly those effective in a remote setting, such as CBT and DBT, is necessary for success.

• The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
