Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys building steady client relationships, providing practical support, and helping clients make progress through structured, evidence-based care. You will work from a telehealth setting while maintaining accurate records, collaborating with care teams when needed, and supporting clients in a professional and meaningful way.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions
