The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform the following essential duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address therapeutic goals.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting techniques to meet patients' needs.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and coordinating care between providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
