This remote telehealth position offers flexibility in scheduling while maintaining a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient needs. • Conduct in-depth assessments of mental health needs, utilizing culturally sensitive techniques to formulate accurate diagnostic evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's cultural background, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and support among peers.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s well-being are addressed.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies, applying de-escalation techniques and mobilizing community resources as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential electronic health records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing EHR systems for seamless documentation.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• A strong foundation in therapeutic practices and significant knowledge of mental health disorders, particularly as they relate to diverse cultural contexts.
• Experience in providing culturally responsive therapy, demonstrating an ability to connect with a variety of patient backgrounds.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and the aptitude to perform calmly under pressure.
